Dr. Ross Horricks has been
practicing dentistry in the Morinville community for
the past 31 years. He opened his practice in 1984
after graduating from the Faculty of Dentistry at
the University of Alberta. He is a farm boy at heart
having grown up on a multi-generational dairy farm
in Namao community. When he is not at his dentist
chair, he is tackling odd jobs and projects on the
farm where he and his wife Melanie reside. It was
his grandparents homestead and is now home to Dr.
Horricks’ children and grandchildren as well. The
tradition continues and this is something Dr.
Horricks is very proud of.
Dr. Brennan Lafleur graduated
from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the
University of Alberta in 2012. He formerly practiced
on the south side of Edmonton, but has moved north
and is very happy to be a part of the Dr. Horricks
Family Dentistry team. Dr. Lafleur has practiced in
a variety of dental settings including a remote
satellite clinic in La Crete, Alberta as well as in
a bustling city practice, giving him a strong
background and broad skillset. Dr. Lafleur is a
sports junkie and continues to play a variety of
recreational sports and is an avid Edmonton Oilers
fan. He is very proud and excited to have the
opportunity to offer his services in to the
community of Morinville and Sturgeon County.
Dr. Timothy Barter graduated from Dalhousie University Faculty of Dentistry. He then spent seven years with the United States Army performing surgical procedures with them and doing advanced training through a general practice residency (GPR). Dr. Barter has a strong
skill set with advanced dental procedures including impacted wisdom tooth extraction, dental implant placement, and soft/hard tissue grafting, and offers all of these services under IV sedation. We are excited to be able to offer our patients his services here in Morinville.
